Is anyone experiencing this issue? Been trying to upload my passport (140kb in size and in jpeg format), it is showing me "processing image quality....." for the past 10mins. I have switched browsers yet, the same problem comes up.

Crop the picture from the top of hair to chin.
Open paint in laptop, resize (600x600) until you get below 200Kb
Makesure its a white background for best results.

Upload the picture when traffic is not much. Keep trying.

Resizing of passport is not the only issue encountered, even after you have resized it to to specific size required (600by600 pixels). For it to get it uploaded successfully is another tug of war.

For those of you having issues with you passport, post them here so I can see what I can do. For me, I superimposed my image on a plain white background. It didn't look as finessed as I wanted but it was speedily accepted by the system. So if you still want this, just post your passport photographs and I'll be happy to help.

The picture will show, but saying processing quality definition which will take like forever.. I used everything possible. 4 different browsers, resize with paint, photoshop, tinypng.com.. Still same issue... Try 3 different emails.. Same issue.. Jus confused.. I need help
