Please i need you guyz to help me with the name of the trumpet jazz that's always played on weekends on OGTV in the 80s whenever they want to do news paper review in the morning (then it used to be daily times,tribute,punch,concord etc)...also the raining jazz music during that time( artist and track please)..God bless you guys

Good morning. Did not grow up in the Southwest, but grew up in the North in the 80's...and this tune was very very familiar, especially as the local NTA station would play it before the start of transmissions while showing that famous rainbow test pattern.....

It's been quite a while since I heard it....and I did not know the name of the band, but now I do.

The programme was called Headliners. I remember the song (it had a trumpet or saxophone lead), but I don't know its name.

It was usually shown at 7am (c1985 onwards) and they usually showed Canadian wrestling after it.
