Those homeland passports ( dom pass etc) were not recognized internationally! If you had to leave South Africa at that time you were supposed to go to a white gov ( South Africa) then you apply for passport! You couldn't use Transkei or Ciskei passports! That's why your politicians were coming without passports. Mbeki was using Tanzanian passport. Even the guy from Namibia ( Sam nujoma) used our passport.Namibia was having same issues
