A former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel, has said that he has not agreed to join All Progressives Congress (APC).

Contrary to earlier reports, Gbenga Daniel said he has only freed his supporters to join either the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) or the APC.

It will be recalled that OGD earlier announced his exit from partisan politics.

Earlier reports indicated that Gbenga Daniel has joined the APC, but the respected politician said he is yet to agree.

In a response to counter earlier reports, Gbenga Daniel said: "I have not agreed. Whereas my people are free to move, I am yet to decide finally if I want to reenter partisan politics having just quited.

"The meeting agreed that my resignation from the PDP was in order. The meeting vehemently disagreed with my decision to quit partisan politics.

"The meeting raised a motion that I should lead them into APC which motion was unanimously adopted.

"I earlier on in my speech said that I have freed them and they can choose to stay in the PDP or join APC or any other party of their choice since I have decided to be non partisan to which they all responded that APC is their choice having worked for Dapo Abiodun on my instruction.

"Mrs Apampa in her closing speech then propounded the Duck Theory literally meaning that they will move ahead to APC and will drag me along behind them. I made no further comments and the meeting ended."

Chaiii. Politicians are just unstable fellows you can ever come across. After chopping Atiku dollars, he wants to decamp now. Anyways PDP and APC are both children of one mother. Same ideology and people, nothing else. The only thing that binds them together is LOOTING.

But you are already one leg in.
If you are eyeing any national post, forget it.
I trust Oshiomole to deal ruthlessly with you.

Maybe Dapo will give you the commissioner for information post.

First I don't hate but, you display open hatred just because you support apc. I am full blooded yoruba man and I don't support apc. SW remains politically and religiously liberal. Haters like you are minority! Hope you move across the country to understand how diverse we are as a nation.

Some people are really traitors. See the man following Atiku everywhere just last month. It has a trait and
I reserve my comment.
At times it is good to fail, so you know your true friends.
