Nobody said people used dompass to leave the country. The point I'm trying to make is, if you had no known political affiliations, you could leave the country, freely. You're talking about people were considered "threats" by the govt. Not everyone was seen as a threat so a lot of people did travel. We had musicians who travelled the world under Apartheid. I remember seeing an old video of Mbongeni Ngema & his crew doing a show in the U.S. They had an interview shortly before one of their shows, where they were being asked about the situation back home etc.

I must applaud you at the bolded! What other way is there to destroy a people? Give them violence culture and watch them "cannibalize" one another. They did the same with the black Americans.
