I mentioned one particular place Upper Iweka.........you need to be careful when walking.

Peter Obi placed a lot of infrastructures in Upper Iweka.

Governor Obiano dealt with those touts during his first tenure with Navy........... Those touts are returning backs again.

If you doubt me you can as well ask Governor Obiano his experience at Upper Iweka when he was a civil servant.
