Did you check to confirm that your age was what you keyed in before submitting? Cos since last night the DoB option goes back to a default setting of 1/1/1970

I have followed this trend judiciously, I did all steps as regarding d passport upload. Paint, ms word steps etc. I just decided to use my phone camera to snap my passport, cropped a little and ensured d size wasn't beyond 200kb and boom, d system accepted it. It could be luck though but you can try and see if it would work for you.

It's luck, I tried that days ago and nothing till now.

My passport has finally been accepted after many many troubleshooting.

You won't believed what I did before it was accepted either did I for I know God made it possible.

Thank God, i just uploaded my passport now.. I had to change browser for it to upload, i used chrome.

I have a certification not listed in the list of certifications. I added it by ticking add other certification. The problem is that when it gets to uploading documents, I am unable to upload the certification. Has anyone experienced this, please how can I resolve this? Thanks.

Thank you so much. I have done it. I had to take a passport with my phone camera though the Kb is too high, I resized it to 125kb and it accepted it one time.

Pick the documents from the last till the top. Do not start from the top.

Do it and see it work.

Do it twice.

So after you select the file and click open.
You would find the name of the file in the form.
Repeat the process again and it should work.
At least that's how mine worked.
