should we blame the government for this..

Nigerian as a country that produces different engineering proffesions which d federal government cannot appoint a civil Engineer as d minister for housing/works to over see issues like this ..more of this will likely continue to happens an engineer can never head d health ministry..

when appointing key roles in our government we don't need to politcalize it use professional who will deliver we have architect builders.. minister of transportation should be a transportation Engineer or someone that study something of relevant that as worked his way up in the field ..

one of the reason we are not growing is this..
Different proffesional should learn not to do one another job call d right person and begain price..

give ur building to proffesional there's nothing like cutting cost unneccesary in construction when u cut cost u reduce strength and endager people's life,

storey's building is not meant for all bungalow to dey fine
