I thought PDP said before election they have 40 million observers scattered all over the country. Now it is 400 they can muster as witnesses. What a shame! 1 Like |

tuniski:There are more damaging facts against Atiku during last presidential election. Atiku wanted to rig by all means through pre-thumprinted ballot papers, but the security foiled some of his operations. 1 Like |

Nigerians think just one way, like one way traffic. How do you know the positions of all the 400 witnesses are just at the polling units?. Do you know if some of the witnesses are state RECS?. Do you know if they are local govt electoral officers?. Do you know if they are security agents in strategic positions. Do you know that one Rec testimony can nullify the presidential election in the state superintended?. It is not all about the number of witnesses but the quality of witnesses and evidences at hand like the doctored results in states which pdp claimed that has real results different from the ones announced by INEC. 1 Like |

The Smart Card Readers data log is what can do the magic for Atiku, especially data from state like Borno, Yobe, Bauchi and other northern state. There was no record of vote cancellation in those state due to manual accreditation. |

400 witnesses out of how many? Anyway I admire Atiku’s fighting spirit. The plans the man had eh, he can’t let go. These are witnesses that have to prove their cases without any doubt. It’ll be interesting but again Atiku will never be president. No judge will overturn an election that was won with a margin of 3.9m votes. How do they think that candidate’s supporters will react, it’s not even worth it. The positive outcome of this is, it’ll help improve our electoral process 1 Like |

senatordave1: I don't think Atiku's lawyers are total idiots as u r painting them. 1. He is not contesting all results, only where he didn't win. 2. You don't know the quality of the witnesses. Are they pulling unit witness or LG level? 3. They might not be tactically saying the SC remove PMB n install atiku. In any case, pdp is just trying to save face 1 Like |

Yea, now Atiku wants to go to court, since when has court ruling or decisions regarded in Nigeria? when Nnamdi kalu was locked up for No reason and the courts granted him bail and Buhari refused to follow court's Order and rulings. were was Atiku? Nigerian politicians Remembers the Nigerian courts and rule of law when it comes to their own cases. Atiku is a crook. He should be prosecuted too. |

This is funny if, any one should be going to court for the sake of the rigging, that took place during the past elections. Then that person should be the farthest thing from Atiku. He should concede defeat before he implicates himself. Playing the victim card, when he did everything in his to power to rig too, only that he was unlucky to meet a greater rigger. Did the PDP not hire thugs, buy votes, steal ballot boxes. 400 witnesses my foot. I guess the witnesses were blind to your little charades here and there in the same election. Blatant rubbish. 1 Like |
