it's a mamba the black, it has a green.
funny enough if you don't look carefully you mistake for cobra due to their head structure.

It is a West African forest cobra. They tend to have the yellow underbelly patches on the upper half (and sometimes the lower half too) of the body.

Venomous and quite aggressive if disturbed or surprised.

It seems this is the season for them to find their way into homes - a neighbour of mine had the same problem a few days ago.
