Okorocho forgot that there are two sides of a coin; the side that face up and the other that face down. When the coin is faced up, it should not forget that it's not permanent. Power is transient and goes to wherever and whoever it chooses. People are power and God is All Powerful. |

I still don't understand this. Declaring result under duress. Was there gun pointed on his head and he still has the courage to say "I am declaring him winner under duress." Is it possible? Was the announcement made inside the governor's room. Pls people tell me how this under duress declaration works. Meanwhile, Rochas f**ked up. |
