I experiencd same..One cant upload a second professional cert because there is only one field for professional cert. But u should be able to delete it. I also noticed that there is no section to upload a CV. Also, for combining two WAEC results, I cant upload the second WAEC result despite stating that its 2 WAEC I have.
Ohh really!!tnx alot.i guessed as much. I have tried deleting but its not going off.

It is either you over cropped this passport or not a passport. Where is your shoulder? why is it blurred and not sharped? Bent? Please snap another one with your head straight and focus on the camera.

At last!! Today makes it 8 days i have been trying to upload my passport, nothing have stress me like this passport, someone in this group even told me to pay 1k just to upload my passport. These is how my passport was finally accepted. I brighten that passport that was rejected with my phone, i summited again and it was accepted.

I would have helped u with it completely but I'm not with my PC presently.
Use this cropped version, then convert the dimension to 600*600 pixel.

To change dimension on PC, open the image with paint, click on resize choose pixel then put 600 in both vertical and horizontal dimension. Click Save.

Guys check your application number on your Nnpc dashboard and the one sent to your mail immediately you completed the application. For mine, they are different. So.I don't know which is the right one.

It is the same thing for me and I guess most others....Double entry will lead to disqualification...So make sure you register once....

Try password recovery with the first email you registered with and change your password you will be fine.........
