Not until I see him play. Forget the Ivorian-bred tag, if he was good enough, he wouldn't be a bench warmer at lowly Tambov, in the Russia second division, of all leagues, if he was good enough, Ivory Coast wouldn't let him slip, remember the case of Jimoh Sherif Olatunde, who faced us at the U17 AFCON final, in 2013, the one they called the new Yaya Toure.

I was surprised he was invited to the team given his below average credentials

They are good

Some of them are good enough for eagles

Let's not be in a hurry to hype them.

Let us recall the pretenders languishing in England, KC nacho and his brethren Isaac success

You are a Nigerian and you believe that spin.

Our NFFofficials are too caught up in trying to arrange deal, favoritism and nepotism. Both at home and abroad.

Are you telling me that in years past you never saw players graduating from the Olympics team to the SE?

Going with a 40 million price tag is not a good idea

I don't even like Bayern in the first place

CAF Nations League to begin soon and will end in 2021. Nigeria is seeded in Group A and the eventual Winner of the League will play a Super Cup Match with the potential Winner of AFCON 2021.

Folks who diss Azubuike Okechukwu dont know half the story. If only they knew how good the dude is and how important he is in the workings of a midfield. He is the reason Siasia was successful at both the u-23 afcon and the Olympics. Siasia, known for attacking brand of football thrived alot whenever Azu plays. Check whenever the dude gets suspended, the team usually struggles. Its unfortunate that he never really got to a good start @ the super eagles but frankly, he is being underestimated. Lets watch and see.

I always say this, the club or quality of league a player plays for doesnt always tell the true story. If you are a talent amidst a whack team, you are all whack altogether. There are several indices that come to play in the choice of where a player plies his trade.

I hope the organizers are aware that the results in this league affect Africa's FIFA ranking sha

When Onyekuru scored his first hattrick against Ankaragucu I iterated that Bayern will rekindle interest in the young man. Look at it now cheesy

This guy is showing real career progression. Another such player is Ekong. I hope he can keep it up.

Siasia's Olympic team had a few good players, remove one and the team will struggle.

Besides, you are talking about 2016 (3 years ago) in a poor Olympics where most teams could not present their best teams. Since then, Azubuike in club football has not done anything to show that he is obviously better than what is on ground.

And what exactly is on ground? With the erratic style of play that Gernot Rorh adopts...... Time will tell....
