Snapdragon 675 is a tiny inch powerful than 710 cause of the kryo 460 cores.
I think it should be in par with Snapdragon 835 but 845 is way much faster having an antutu score of almost 275000 is no child's play I think the difference lies more in the power of the GPU of the 845

If I recall the guy's budget is in the 25-30k range, I'll rather advise he walks into a GSM village/market in the city resides & get a foreign used ZTE, Huawei or HTC phone than to experiment with an unknown brand.

The gpu alone sef ends any contest.

Global version comes carton sealed (let me call it ROM from factory ), while Global Rom doesn't (the vendors open the carton of the Chinese ROM phone and flash the Global Rom on it). The Global Version has more 4g network bank then the Global Rom.

Settings- installed app- Google contact sync- check the autostart permission- enable (modify and delete contacts, read your contacts, access accounts on device , start in background and select not no restriction under battery saver.)

Then reboot.
