How Credible Is Adron Homes & Property? by citypulseng(m): 11:54am On Jan 24, 2019 |
Please I need a piece of advice. I am about buying into a property owned by Adron Homes & Property along Badagry. However I am worried because no fewer than 3 persons have dissuaded me against taking such act. Some alluded that the agency is fond of holding on to people's property after payment and compel them to pay up some hidden charges they bring up after payment. How true is this? I will appreciate those who have dealt with them before or have one or two experiences to share. |

it is legit as far as I know I have a friend working with them. it is however important to get any documents they give you to a lawyer if you are still skeptical. but adron is a affordable real estate agency due to their monthly payment plans 2 Likes |

citypulseng: Hello, I should say they are credible so far. I've gotten a ram and vegetable oil from them after the purchase of one of their lands. |
Re: How Credible Is Adron Homes & Property? by citypulseng(m): 7:15pm On Jan 29, 2019 |
skillip: So aside the ram and oil, were you allocated the land you procured immediately or are there other processes involved? 1 Like |

citypulseng:. Yes, that's the one for City of David. You will have to pay other fees when you're ready to build. |

Is this applicable to all of their sites? I believe they have lands in ibadan and Ogun state too. I think the hidden charges are differs base on location if I am correct. Thinking to buy some plots of lands from them. Joshcoli: |

If that is the case, then it's a reap off, i'm made to understand that those fees are used to further develop the estates. Like building of drainages, asphalt roads, and provision of electricity. They won't provide all that from just the land cost. |

The only money you pay once a land is completely paid for with us at Oxford Commercial Services is allocation fee and documentation fees allocation fees which is 5% of the amount of your land and documentation which is 30k. For detailed information call 08085371340 or 07038201123 |

Hi Madam, This came kind of late for me. I had actually got a piece of land from Adron in thier site around New Garage Ibadan via an acquaintance who is also a marketer. Are you only marketing Adron's lands? MariamAlheri: |

citypulseng: Most property selling companies in Nigeria have hidden charges which they will not disclose to you until you have made a substantial payment which will then make it difficulty for you to back out. Please ask them to give you a list of all possible charges before you commit yourself to the property |

which means it is not safe to buy lands from adron? someone should clarify this biko, and besides , for the land at ogun and ibadan, is there any hidden charges? |
Re: How Credible Is Adron Homes & Property? by Yezzy(m): 6:50pm On Sep 18, 2021 |
Worked with Adrons for awhile and I can say if you not financially buoyant. Avoid buying land from Adrons. Those hidden charges stated above are real, but they will never tell u until you want to build ur house. Funny enough those hidden charges are usually stated in one corner of their pamphlet but people hardly notice. The price and payment plan attracts people and they often fail to see the hidden danger 1 Like |

SavageResponse: Those hidden charges are often not so hidden... It's actually on their website if you bother to check and on the contract document you're given after payments. I am more interested in buying as a hedge against inflation and by my experience, their lands appreciate relatively fast. |
