I guess you are not concerned about the Banks keeping your profits, if your capital is up to N10m, you have practically lost N100k+ due to the failed two primary market bids, N100k or even it's N50k is a lot of money considering the fact that it's a loss by avoidable negligence. the question now, what is your long term financial plan. Would you need the cash at any point this year or willing to go long term. Bluecollarguy: |

TotoNaRubber: I willingly traded in the last two auctions, but they were unsuccessful. As the next auction surfaces, it's hard for one to truly ascertain its outcome relative to the last two outcomes. I am willing to try again next week, but 3 failed Tbill transactions would be quite discouraging. Fingers crossed... 1 Like |

Bluecollarguy: But why don't you consider the secondary market bros? Ever since I learnt about tbills last year, I never keep any amount more than 100k in my savings account for max 3days. The money will just be lazy in there. For me now I run both tbills and mmfs. I cant just leave money idle again. Try Secondary market, calculate what you will gain in 7days in sec market can make up for any difference BTW pry and sec mkts rates. My opinion sha. 2 Likes |

eddyakinrinde: I once tried requesting for the tbill form to trade in the secondary market but the reply from my account officer(about me being at the physical location) was quite ambiguous, especially for someone who doesn't live in Nigeria. Out of curiosity, is it possible for someone living abroad to engage in secondary market? If yes, how does one go about it? Thanks in advance! 1 Like |

Bluecollarguy:Why not subscribe to the lowest tenure possible from secondary market? I think that's the best way to wait and monitor the market cos the more you wait, the more you are losing money. |

Primary market 364 days at 12.3% ? what a great fall. I remember when you mentioned the time to lock in at 15%, secondary market rates will drop drastically from tomorrow. feelamong: |

364 days tenor seems to be a dead end at the moment, time to reduce tenor. Please, when exactly is the next auction? Some said next week 27th, while some said in two weeks time, 3rd April. |
