TonyyS: He has to provide his bank account, the details of his company, his tax details, his personal and business account and indicate he is using his personal account to sponsor u , bc he can not use his biz account to sponsor y trip. He should provide his citizen passport or permanent resident card and write a letter to eco that he is sponsoring u and will take charge or all expenses including feeding, accommodation and flight ticket. |

please i need help, i have posted this before but didn't get the response needed. I was denied UK visitor visa in 2013 under 320 7a because of a family photograph(parents and siblings) with a different background and it was seen as altered and deception was implored which was not the case because i had no idea that such a photograph will raise any dust. I was single then. Moving forward 6 years later am married to a Doctor and i have a son who is a U.S citizen. my wife is about to apply for Tier 2 to work as a Doctor in the UK and my son and i are her dependents. I was told that my previous visa denial under 320 7a will or might jeopardize the application Because denials under 320 7a is automatic ground for ban under 320 7b since it involves deception. I don't know how true this is, i was not given a ban, i was single then. As a family man whose circumstances has greatly improved with a wife and son and she is the principal applicant, i would like an expert opinion about this so we don't make any mistakes. we are almost there. Somebody please help !!!! 1 Like |

bojbest: Yr parent can only assist you if they are working and have a healthy statement of account, if they are not working or doing good biz how can they assist u? They can not assist u by giving them money when u av enof. Why not relax and finish y skool, do nysc , get a good job then u can apply by y self The money involved should be atleast 1M if you really want a UK visa. U av to make sure that y personal and financial circumstances satisfies the ECO. Total expenses for 2weeks vacation should be 600k (£1200) since u are booking hotel the buget goes up but if someone will accommodate u the buget is less like 500k Note: depending on the salary u earn in a month, u can only dispose two months salary to meet y buget. Y buget should not be more than y two monthly salary. Flight fare: estimated from 260 -280 Accommodation (hostel) 90k for 14nights Living expenses and tickets for sightseeing , extra cash and shopping. All these will cover 600k. Then assuming u av 1M in y account, 600k av gone for your buget to travel, while the remaining 400k will be what u will hold bk when u return to Nigeria. U can not show a closing balance of 600k and give a buget of 600k, u must always av a tangible amount left. I hope this help |

Good evening house, I strongly believe we are all doing fine.. Please, @Justwise and other well informed ladies and gentlemen in the house. Please I need your help in understanding the application process of the GOV.UK. I am applying online and have filled out the online forms for my spouse and I, of which I registered separate account for both of us, although I have not paid, but the payment section is where I am now for both applications. However, I want to know if I still have to register an account for our 3 months old daughter. I just find it hard to comprehend that I will have to create an email for her in other to register her account, but she is only 3 months old, or can I use my email or that of my wife for her?. As you know the site visa4uk that I used last year which doesn't work anymore, there is a place you can click to apply for someone from your account, but from the new site GOV.UK , there's nothing like that, all that you see is "register an account" or do I have to complete my application and pay before I can get the option to apply for my wife and daughter from my account? Please I really need some help from you guys that knows better in the house. Thank you in advance. |

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by Killingmesoftly: 5:57pm On Mar 21, 2019 |
TonyyS: He can not sponsor u with his company's account, only his personal account that he can sponsor u. He will let the eco know he has a company and provide all the necessary details of his company and present his personal account too, it is with his personal account he will use to sponsor y trip not the money made by his company. He should have his personal saving account to sponsor u. I hope this help. Other mates can also contribute . |

Hello everyone, We are planning to apply for a visit visa for a wedding in UK for ending of next month. My dad is my sponsorer and the person that invited us to UK has also sent her bank statement and other documents. She is in charge of feeding, accommodation etc. My dad has a closing blance of abt 15million and my mum has her own business. Now the issue is I have once been denied a study visa for usa and I included it in the application tho I deffered the adm till August this year which I intend pursuing. I graduated last year april in a school in South Africa and I got a job as a graduate trainee from last year June till Feb, I was paid stipends and now I became a permanent staff in March dis year with a salary of 80k monthly. What is my chance of getting the visa? Tho I might consider UK universities for my masters programme in september coz I have abt 6 admissions already. Does my bank statement really matter? |
