So a friend that graduated from sec school a couple of years back has this subject combination anf wants to know it it's okay for business administration or if he'll have to write again

He was actually a science student back in school. But due to some things he didn't go to school immediately. We finished in 2015. But now he doesn't want to do any science based course. So I guess he'll have to retake waec with commerce yeah?

he should do a complete resit for all those subjects.
Tell him to aim at owning just one result which he can tender if he is asked instead of combining two. Waec is simple and super easy to pass this days.
I wrote waec again at 27 after my first degree and it was the smoothest ride ever.
Check for the courses relevant to business admin and register with all amount of seriousness and diligence, he will make it.

Why are you giving him wrong advice? Jamb hasn't changed till date on admission they still accept two sittings till date

Whichever one you think is convenient for you but I would advice you sit for ssce. Reason been that many examiners might be lenient in marking than GCE. This is based on experience

Two results are acceptable. The intending candidate need just commerce and government/geography since he has credit in mathematics,english language and economics. Many universities accept two sittings nothing specula about one sitting

I wore uniform bro......just a trouser with a white T-shirt.
I was flogged
I was asked remove my shoes and write the exams barefoot
I was humiliated
Most of the teachers where my age mates
All the students where fit to be my younger ones
Sometimes I went to the exams late which didn't help my reputation one bit, "why is he writing exams, he's meant to be a graduate"
Made friends with some teachers there which helped me a great deal.
And I committed my pains, suffering and humiliation as a sacrifice to God, that I'm stooping low to conquer, please don't let my efforts be in vain. Guess what, every time I look at the results I obtained from that exams, I always smile from ear to ear......my hardwork, sacrifices and prayers paid off.

u really try.. I wrote mine some years back but my main subjects were cancelled.. so I used neco to apply for uni instead.. now I discovered I will need it in the future..
i think i will just enter one of these lesson centers that also writes waec and do my tin.. I don't want any stress 4rm a these sec school teachers
