Ahn Ahn! 40 gini? Maka why na? School not stadium o. It'd be between 4k-6k students. Mcslize: |

It should actually be close to 40k When I did my matriculation in OAU, we were 5k+ getting matriculated. Multiply that by 4, add extra years, 5-year students, 6-year students, masters and Ph.D. students, diploma students etc. And Benin is a bigger city than Ife so it'll probably have more students. When I was in school, we had 7k students. I know because registrar kept emphasising on it. South-South university btw. jmnsimone: |

Bracha: Hehehehe far from that. 4k to 6k is just one faculty. Only faculty of engineering hold 5000 students. We haven't mentioned faculty of education that comprises different departments. Each department having students from all levels 100 level to 400 levels. 5 Likes |

Bracha: Don't be funny. A small class in UNIBEN has ~150 students. That's just one class, as per maybe 200 level. Multiply by 4 for all levels. Then by 8 for the department. And then 20 for faculty. Then by another 12 for all faculties/schools... Then add part-time, post grad students. Then add those who aren't really students but just live in/around school and attend classes/hang around. We're not yet talking of children of staff, students in the staff school, vendors who live in/around school to cater to student's needs... 2 Likes |
