Let's see if the Appeal court will overrule this ruling.

While we are at it. Oyetola will get a stay of execution which makes him the governor pending the time of the appeals and judgements.

I laugh PDP sympathizers! grin. Appeal Court will likely overturn this ruling as the Supreme court earlier approved of INEC to conduct re-run (supplementary) elections.

Tribunal is only messing around. Their ruling is that the re-run is invalid. Radarada ruling. grin

APC will appeal the judgement immediately. Eventually, the Supreme Court will have to decide the case. I have not read details of the judgement but I heard the tribunal declared the rerun election illegal. If that’s the case, the judgement cannot stand because the Supreme Court had overtime upheld the validity of rerun election.

Anything to console yourself is allowed.

If they did not declare him, they will say Buhari is in control of the judiciary. Buhari has already stepped on toes of the judiciary on the onnoghen saga.

Yet a F9 senator has nothing to offer Osun state.

Adeleke deserves this win considering Aregbe's gross mismanagement of the state's resources.

Me i be apc because I don't want atiku and Saraki in power. I knew pdp won in Osun and happy for them. Osun election was strongly rigged

Tribunals case win is not a valid win to be celebrated when appeals Court will give its own different judgment then supreme court will give final verdict on the case ... undecided undecided

Everyone knew APC rigged the election via the fraudulent supplementary election, so no judge will after looking at the mountainous evidence and not rule in favour of PDP. cheesy



Tribunal is the court of first instance, we still have two courts to go. Wike and Ikpeazu lost st the tribunal and even appeal court before Supreme Court dashed them favorable judgments. Same will also happen in this case.

Stop fooling yourself young man, there is no sane judge that will not upturn the election in PDP favour. PDP was in clear lead ab initio. It was very clear that PDP won the election before APC concocted the fraudulent supplementary election where they bullied and intimidated even PDP supporters and most were even stopped from voting. Even the supreme court will not waste anytime to rule in favour of PDP because the evidence is so much for any judge to toy with.
