Adeleke deserves this win considering Aregbe's gross mismanagement of the state's resources.

Atiku however is a different matter, he's surely going to lose. He should just goan sit down
Every SANE Nigerian voted for Atiku and even deep down in APC supporters lives, they know Buhari didnt in the Presidential elections

My only problem is execution. I've not read the judgment. Did it order for Adeleke to be immediately sworn in, and if so, does such ruling foreclose any delay tactics stratagem such as stay of execution?

Every sane Nigerian voted for the party of their choices, it's insane people who expects everyone to vote for their desired candidate. Atiku lost woefully and no court in this country can change that.

Why did they steal the mandate in the first place. What of Buhari without certificate ruling your entire population. Stupidity is when you fail to use the same scale of measurement

No stupidity is not when you use the same scale of measurements but when you see and dont know what your preferred candidate what to offer. A nation can get ruined if it's people are interested in seeing its candidates but don't know what their presumed leaders what to offer them.
And candidates that you don't know will fail you.
TheBuhari say has no certificate is a war veteren, an aide de camp to Past presidents, and one who sacrificed all for the unity of this nation both in the war front and civil affairs and has acquired a lot of training domestic and internationally. Not quite surprised that he gave the military his school leaving certificate but failed to document a copy of his own.

The only thing I know Adeleke of is dancing and F9 in class. And if we think putting a candidate who has no credible experience about leadership and skeptical about the unity of the nation as the head of a body of affairs, then the whole body will suffer for it

SouthWesterners need to wake the fuçking up!!

PDP does not mean well for the SW region and by extension Nigeria.

Let's see if the Appeal court will overrule this ruling.

While we are at it. Oyetola will get a stay of execution which makes him the governor pending the time of the appeals and judgements.

I laugh PDP sympathizers! grin. Appeal Court will likely overturn this ruling as the Supreme court earlier approved of INEC to conduct re-run (supplementary) elections.

Tribunal is only messing around. Their ruling is that the re-run is invalid. Radarada ruling. grin

God bless you bro. This is the best comment so far and you just spoke my mind. I was in osun when the election took place, Aregbe was so arrogant and stupid, and he behaved as if he has performed tremendously well to deliver victory for Oyetola. Adeoti was the most popular and reliable aspirant because he is a grassroot politician but they failed to pick him and also abandoned his ability and prowess. Let them face the consequences and let's wait for the appeal court ruling.

Seriously? I thought gubernatorial electoral cases still goes to the Supreme Court and it is only that of senatorial and House of Reps that ends at the Appeal Court

Read the judgement wella, it's a done deal. The judgement will set precedence for any other judge in the higher courts.

The judges ruled that the rerun that took place in Osun is constitutionally illegal and shouldn't have taken place at all. Adeleke was already the winner wen he was leading with about 350 votes at the end of the first election, 1 week before the rerun
You are wrong. They still have a chance at supreme court.

Yes.the tribunal erred.if pdp were leading by 350 votes after the first ballot, then why declare the rerun illegal? If inec says alterations on result sheets are genuine mistake, why disagree with them? Thirdly if the state returning officer can't cancel polling unit results, who can? The higher courts should upturn this ruling

Sir, I say power to the people but not to the rogues.
I would have loved it if you had included APC ideology. PDP share looted fund, according to you, but how do we explain the barbaric behavior of half salary, deepening level of poverty and rascality attitude of governance that are associated with APC?
No matter what, absolute power belongs to the people
