1) The constitution (not my wish or opinion) stipulate the educational retirements for eligibility for an election.
2) WAEC or University degrees are completely absent in that requirements
3) The only thing you need is to show that you are educated upto SCHOOL CERTIFICATE LEVEL or it's equivalents (Not to show that you were serious academically as evidenced by Five credits in O/Level).
4) The interpretation clause in the Constitution even went further to explain the term 'Or it's equivalents' and this include having Pry-6 school leaving certificate and working in Government offices for at least 10 years or just being able to read and write well and INEC in their estimation consider you to be educated.
