I use a techno canon X 3g ram I have completed over 1000 trip on uber and more on taxify, I never had GPS issue, or any issue with uber or taxify, make sure ur phone is 3g ram upward and use the latest android version.

The following week same issue started and I dashed down to their office, their reply was also same gibberish about changing phones again. Me I kuku carry my stubbornness continue driving with my phone like that. Some days later, I got blocked so I shot them a mail about my effort to resolve the issue and my account was opened again. Now, I remembered I have a Nokia 2 phone that I abandoned somewhere, I uninstalled all other apps on it and I have been using it for uber only. Everything as been fine atleast for now.

Tecno is a great phone, and i have people using it and they all share good news about the phone

Uber app doesn't work well on some Samsung phones. On Nokia single sim Android phones, you are good to go.

I told him to come see me if he would like to expand but he declined. That's said, going by the quoted msg, if the uber driver makes the quoted daily, is it then worth the stress and risk of driving round Lagos? Note: I have 6 vehicles, 4hp and two rentals, I've been lucky not to have bad drivers because I'm not greedy and I ensure repairs and services are carried out as at when due. Uber forced me to update the app two days ago or else I won't be able to go online but after that the updated version is crap. Doesn't show route/direction on how to get to riders pickup anymore unlike the old and also when on a trip doesn't show comprehensive direction and movement. Anybody experiencing this?

Why is this rider still being allowed to use Taxify, from the rating it clearly shows that he/she is a troublemaker. That was how I asked one lady one day why her rating was low that she need to show more love to her drivers and Taxify may soon block her from using the app, she just hissed and said oga, abeg free me. I just concluded that she's a troublemaker and joined the queue by humbly dashing her 1*.

Ask riders you are friendly or had a good rides with to rate you 5 stars immediately after the trips. Do this till your rating is very good.
I did this for about 2 weeks when I noticed my rating was fluctuating too much.
