Guy that movie make sense shaa and I think it deserves an Oscar. I just finished seeing it now now. The part the guy kissed the other guy was disgusting shaa but aside that, there's originality in the movie but you have to be patient enough to enjoy the movie. I really enjoyed how that guy that played Freddie Mercury's part was able to perform all his songs like they were originally done by him. The gay scene shaa had to be introduced cos the real Mercury when he was alive was bisexual but aside that the movie is dope

Plot hole, I don't think so, IMO, there are two possibilities to that question.

According to Wikipedia, 18years later after Jane sex change from female to male, Bartender meets & drops John of at April 3, 1963, were he meets and after some weeks of dating seduces the 17-year-old Jane, & has sexual intercourse with her.

Possibility one : He might not have know that the 17 years old girl he had sex with was actually himself when he was a female. By my calculation, John should be 35years when the bartender took him 18 years back to meet Jane. If you ask me, 18years is long enough for someone who & been traumatised psychologically & doesn't really care how they look presently, to forget how they actually looked 18years in the past.

Possibility two : John might have known that the 17years old Jane was him, but still went on with having sex with Jane. Why on earth will he commit such incest?? The temporal agent on recruiting John, might have explained to him that he, John, Jane and the child are all the same person that exist through a predestined time paradox. He might have told John that he needed him to meet with Jane in order for her to become pregnant and give birth to a child that would eventually grow up to be them. So basically John might have known that he was Jane before having sex with her.
whatever idea in predestination you think its a plot hole, is actually not. The whole idea was based on time travel, fate & a closed looped paradox,otherwise many of it's ideas would have been seen as a plot hole. Ideas like how possible it is for John/Jane offspring to look like Jane, think like Jane & act like Jane, it's biological impossible even if their chromosomes were the same, they will either end up producing a new individual or a mutant.
