Homeland means ancestral home. Whether you like it or not Africa is the ancestral home of African Americans. Same way Europe is homeland of white Americans.
The fact remains that when you find yourself somewhere you are not appreciated or welcomed, the

It's nonsense to even talk of measuring the "IQ" of a person who has never even been taught to read, and even amongst well-off "white" people in OECD countries, IQ scores have consistently risen generation after generation, even though there is no evidence to suggest there is a commensurate rise in general "intelligence" (otherwise young people today would think their grandparents were like Down's Syndrome sufferers). Look up the "Flynn Effect" on Google Scholar to see what I'm talking about.
