Anxiety probably have a role in the process that lead to it.

P3nis captivus it happens to married and unmarried couples. A muscle relaxant resolves this quite easily. Nothing to do with village people.

The belief that one has is what activates those biological mechanism that got the woman's pelvic locked. Mental state affects biology, and biology in turn affects mental state. The woman and man in fear and anxiety not to get caught activated those biological mechanism that put them in trouble.

So, its not as if our African ancestors were dumb but they understood it metaphysically, not biologically. However, the people here shouting jazz are the dumb ones because they've refused to increase in knowledge.

As weird as it might sound relaxing actually resolves things. Benzodiazepines do help a lot as muscle relaxants how or why it happens is up for debate. It’s a form of vaginismus which is a lot more common captives is not a frequent occurance. The village people are innocent as it happens to people who are married to each other as well.

And we have alot women doing kegel exercises to help contract the vagina.
