Slim or narrow victories can easily be upturned at the tribunal as demonstrated in osun.ts dangerous.it shows that a party isn't fully in control of a state,anything can happen.kano results is the only narrow victory achieved by apc in this just concluded polls,we all can understand why it happened so.if pdp were in apc's shoes,they wont be able to overturn that margin.
