An Abuja schoolboy has been remanded in prison custody for sodomy, as confirmed by Nigeria's Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu. The Minister of Education who presented a committee report on the sexual abuse at the School for the Deaf in Kuje, Abuja, on Tuesday, said a schoolboy identified as  Sani Filo, had been remanded  in prison.

According to him, Filo was prosecuted and remanded at the Keffi Prison in Nasarawa State, after his confessional statement revealed that he sodomised another boy, Muhammad Kanun, at the school. A committee was set up by the Minister, after he received a petition from Kanun’s mother, Hannatu, in January 2018. They recommended that "a Closed Circuit Television Camera should be installed in all special schools to help in monitoring events in those places”

But what really baffles me is that quick legal actions are only seen against the minors in Nigeria. The cardinal criminals who have done a great lot of hell to Nigerian society are been celebrated everywhere.

This case started on a radio program called brekete Family on human right radio 101.1 by Ordinary President aka Dr Ahmed Isah.Its a program for the voiceless in the society who seek justice.Ahmed Isah took the matter on his hand to make sure justice was served.

I was listening to this case in the brekete radio show and I am appalled at the way the ministry of education handled this case.
First of all, the situation arose not only from sodomy but also alleged murder and cannibalism. This was brought to lime light by a visibly shaken student of the school, who had undergone the brutal allegations and survived by God's grace. Yet reports indicate that the victim's mother's life is under threat for exposing the ills of the school by the same ministry of education; secondly, the arrested sodomist was said to have confessed to a crime put before him, but no record of the confession was given to the committee set up to oversee the allegations. That is to say, did he confess to sodomy or also cannibalism and murder?? The report is said to be hidden by the ministry of education because they don't want to expose themselves of being incompetent in handling government schools. The ills Tha happen in the society under government watch is irking.only God will svae us all.

Depends on what type of gay he is:

Is he a top?
