Only reason I'll pick Canada is because the option for dual citizenship is straightforward. Germany only allows it in special instances.

Germany's problem is how to get there. Once you get there, cased closed. You can file for asylum, you can stay as a refugee. They are very refugee tolerant, hardly will they deport. Plenty opportunity like free education, their citizens are too liberal, so you might even find one oyinbo girl that will just accept you like that without doing anything and pay your bills and accommodation. Canada is just like USA, same jungle, same predators, only different color of grass, only the strong or talented or book smart or street smart survives.
