I doubt if the one night stand could have resulted in another pregnancy to the extent that the other twin having a differate DNA ( not saying its not possible, but the chances of its occutance is very low). Thank alternative explanation to this, could be the that the baby with a different DNA is a CHIMERA. This phenomenon has been found to have occurred all over the world. A mother can even have a different DNA from her child if the sample for the DNA analysis is obtained from part of the body where the chimera has occurred.
