They do. It also applies to students whose parents have permanent residents in Germany. It’s like a bursary. They use these monies to support themselves, although a lot of them are also paid monthly by the government upon meeting certain conditions.

I am not down playing level of education. Just saying that in Canada, having lots of education does not equal higher wages.
Canada is one of the few countries in the world where a labouret can gross over 100k a year while an someone with a bsc or msc in the same field can be stuck earning half of thag or less in a year.
There are a few 11k a montj jobs advertised internally on my companies website. The educational requirement is either an electrician, powerline tech, engineering degree, or diploma. The person that impresses most at the interview gets the job not the person with the highest academic qualification. There are however some jobs due to regulatory requirements would require someone with high academic qualifications.

They just kept both passports. That is not what Dual really means, I have people who are Polish and British even though Poland says no dual passports.

During your schooling, will you be allowed to do some menial jobs atleast to make little money for yourself?

When the school is on vacation, will their hostel still be open for international students to leave till school resumes or the international students will have to go back to his country?

Lastly what course can you advice an HND graduate to do in Germany for him to get a pay job after graduation.

Not all of the land mass in Canada is liveable though. Lots of frozen tundra and inhabitable mountains and hills. Also lots of huge farm lands in the prairie region.
However there is still lots of space.

I have never lived in Germany, so i can't compare the two countries. The closest i have gotten to Germany was a friend called Katja when I was studying in the UK always telling me how backward the UK was in terms of technology. I felt the same way when I moved to Canada. I felt Canada was backward in technology compared to the UK. I am used to the way things work in Canada now lol.

But the pay and remuneration for my profession and that of my wife is better in western Canada than that of UK by miles. You can also live in huge houses and drive nice toys on wide roads. I believe Gernmany would be very similar to UK in terms of building and road designs.

I love Canada, but the cold meh.

Only reason I'll pick Canada is because the option for dual citizenship is straightforward. Germany only allows it in special instances.
