Thing is we can be successful in our own way. Canadians, Australians & New Zealanders are also very successful but more relaxed.

Asians' success is not predicated on copying others wholesale. They were able to merge knowledge gained from the West with their own culture. To create the unique way of doing things you now admire. They did not even copy Western religion for example.

From my experience with them in the West, China sent it's citizens to universities across the Western World to do research degrees: STEM courses in particular.

Our leaders have to have vision, a concrete plan for growth. Making Africa attractive to return to for its vast highly educated diaspora. With experience working in productive and result-orientated climes.

At least we have AirPod

Changi Airport Singapore is out of this world comparing the Airport to MM1in Lagos, is like comparing Magadishu to Washington DC or Bujumbura to Sydney Can you imagine an Airport with a Cinema and a flower garden.
