I know and read the content of the electoral amendment bill, and in some cases touching transmission of election results, INEC chairman blames his inability to take actions on the non-signing of the bill.

What of the list of bills he has signed since 2015?And do you know the basis of his rejecting those bills? Is not every bill passed that must be signed
