Don't worry about stuffs like that. You see even if Marvel like let them sell it in all the theatre Shazam is going to play, nothing would stop people from seeing it. DC and Marvel are different comic world. These are factors you should consider

The hardcore DC fans will still see the movie.

The fans of the OG Captain marvel will want to have the experience.

Those skeptical about DC movies would want to see why the movie has good reviews.

Those who can't do without movie will come.

Those who want to see DC slate going forward will be there.

And finally Family audience.

My opening weekend prediction will be around $75m -$100m give or take. But no one can predict the future who knows what will happen.
