Hello Guys. I am currently looking for a Doctor in Calgary for my wife to give birth. I was able to get Dr. Igras Kulach details off this forum post and after contacting her office I was told her fee is $5000 (CS or VD). I also contacted Peter Lougheed hospital and was told its $3865 for mother and $2063 for baby per day. Am I able to get a cheaper Dr. ? I would really appreciate any info pls. @Hotstepper can you please help. Thank You. 1 Like |

Dear House, I wish to thank everyone who has been assisting people with information for their love and patience. I have a situation that I would like you guys to weigh in on, please. I am about to start a new job in Nairobi and will have to relocate. As a Zonal Specialist, I will be coordinating our work in 17 African countries meaning I will always been on the move. Now, I am pregnant and would like to birth my baby in Canada. Please here are my concerns 1. Can I apply for tourist visa and indicate that I am going for child birth. My second baby. I intend to ask my doctor in Canada to send a support letter. I will also book hotel and flight in advance. Please is this the right type of visa? 2. I want to apply here in Nigeria but what if they are still with my passport by the time I need to travel to Nairobi and other countries. What do will I do? 3. Can I apply from Kenya after settling in. I have a work permit. My family will relocate with me except hubby who will be in Nigeria. Will be it wise? Apologies for the long post but I need to explain my situation so the advice I receive will be useful. Anybody with a better idea , kindly suggest to me. God bless you all |

Hi Chayil18, Please do you think a doctor at the hospital you used can give me letter to support my tourist visa application? I'm looking for a Doctor that can assist me with that. Chayil18: |

aye88: And they said online was faster than paper. To get a medical visa now, you have to apply early. At least before reaching the 30 something weeks mark 1 Like |

Which of the Brazil is this person talking about abi is there another Brazil that we don’t know..but Google and the internet is your friend na and fligh goes there.try applying for visa, visit and go see things for yourself.Brazil third world country??how many BRAZILIANS do you see in America or Canada hustling for visa the way Nigerians hustle for visa,or how many times have you heard their names amongst illegal immigrant in Yankee..talk about their passport very powerful, abi is not the Brazil that hosted World Cup..Brazil is on the same levels with so many european countries despite their massive population which is even more than European countries..you people should pray for Nigeria to at least get to that level Brazil is..or most definitely you confusing the rural area in Brazil they show on Tv..visit those rural and see how comfy they live ,because you watch them play football on the street.they don’t want to imbibe all the western culture finish before it messes them up but we can’t say same for naija..Put some respect I’m their name pls..sorry for derailing maternal: 2 Likes |

omobendel24 I need assistance as to this online application process for the Canadian visa, I’d like to begin the process in a month Secondly, what’s the duration usually issued? Is there a standard or it’s discretionary? |
Re: Giving Birth In Canada by Candybright: 12:22pm On Mar 31, 2019 |
chloe00:Duration is usually till your passport expiration date unless they think otherwise |

Re: Giving Birth In Canada by OmoBendel24: 10:56pm On Mar 31, 2019 |
chloe00: Any assistance you need on here, my doors are always open for you. Will do PM for you surely as well, no doubts. Discretionary mostly I think, till a day to International passport expiration seems to be the standard however, lately. Greetings to you my personal person.... Note that the process may take time to be adjudicated too oh. Your renewed US visa could turn some big advantage to ease up the process and the time it takes also.... 2 Likes |

Hello all, Hubby and I want to apply for Canadian tourist visa. We just want to go for summer holidays. But I have the following questions: If issued a visa, can I use it for childbirth later since it has a 10yr validity? Am asking cos am projecting that in the next 18mths I'll be ready for another pregnancy. Or should I choose medical and not tourism when filing the form. The summer visit is just for le boo and me(anniversary things). Can i add my kids in the application form, will they reduce our chances of getting a visa? If I do not add them now and I wish to take them visiting b4 the 10year validity expires, how do I do it. I want to get it right pls. Tnks in advance. #N.B we were denied visa last week by the U.S. embassy (221g). Does that have any effect on the Canadian visa issue? |

Re: Giving Birth In Canada by aye88: 4:59pm On Apr 01, 2019 |
drafrican: From what i have read here, since its a paper application, the only mail you will get is to go pick up your passport. Its when you pick it up , you will see the stamped visa |
