The bank stole his money and he discovered. He tried to talk it out with them but they refused and kept playing smart. He decided to pursue the legal route and won. Now y'all are angry he won and is demanding his money and interest.

Perhaps your cooperate law you were quoting only favorable parts to make you look smart would also factor in the judgement of 22% interest per annum meaning the more they delay payment, they loose more, innosson earns more and they could be held in contempt of court.

Plus say if innosson were to go bankrupt, he'd definitely not be going bankrupt in one year and in that one year he may have succeeded in closing over half gtb's branches nationwide inclusive of their head quarters.

When he does this, GTB would not be involved in active banking activities. That means angry and scared customers would move their funds. That means no more accounts for arbitrary charges to declare huge yearly returns, that means a very deep fall in their stocks and that means angry investors. When they begin dumping shares, we'd see who would laugh last then and mind you, all this can happen within 3 months

This case is very simple...it has been going on for years..and some people commenting about it just knew about the case when they saw the Innosun take over news. The thing is GTB will pay......supreme court has judged...the top officials of Gtb did not handle it well..they should have settled the matter outside court. right now their MD(segun) is embattled and rumours is already making the rounds that he will be sacked... If Gtb is claiming Innoson forged documents why did they not present in court...and if it is actually forged something can be done.

The bottom line is this is business.. Gtb is trying to get a deal that will favour them same as the other guy.....all of us we act the way Innoson is acting even Gtb will do worst. Some say the money is small for gtb....8bn small abi.........Innoson now has the tide in his favour........Goodluck to them.....
