Onuachu is not tested yet....He should leave that Danish league to join a stronger league in the summer...but i think he should go to AFCON as part of that testing[testing the microphone]. We cannot rely on him based on one match...otherwise we may see ourselves in a ditch last time it happened... Ogbeche came here to bamboozle us with a bycleta...we took him to the world cup and rest as they say....

We have been here before....

Yes we cannot rely on him base on one match ,but what better league do you want him to go ?

You don't need to complain about onachu because he is not first choice

Na better league you prefer ?

Iheanacho and success are in a better league but onachu is doing well ahead of them ,so now we should go for better league players that are not getting the goals ?

Moses

Iwobi

All the above players have something in common. A weakness for crossing the ball from the flank. Instead they prefer to cut back.
iwobi do cross though he prefer the layoff for the FB to cross

I think we should play a midfield three of Etebo playing box-box, Ndidi Sitting and Mikel playing a creative role.

You've got to be joking.

It may be premature but l noticed that when thier was the opportunity Onyekuru did not cross the ball considering the aerial advantage we had over Egypt.

Even Moses seemed not know how to cross.

How can you be Winger and can not cross the ball. In addition l noticed the same with our wing backs Shehu and Collins.

These are the primary essential attributes of both these positions amongst other attributes.

This seems to be a problem with the SE.

Add to that, I noticed they were still poor defending setpieces. Very very poor positioning. Very very poor. Sometimes, I wish I could isolate these instances for review.

Poor coaching/tactics or just bang average players. Can't say.

Thanks for the update jare because many people here are always blind when ighalo scores

Thank God he didn't end up in Chinese division 2 just as some people prayed for it to be so they will see excuse to use in attacking rohr not to take him to afcon .

I heard changchun got 15mil and 3 Chinese players for Ighalo. I don't think there was ever a chance he would stay and being a former captain of the side they gave him the opportunity to select his destination.

Didn't expect Onyekuru to cross the ball though. Not really that player. He's been played outside his wing. I don't expect crosses from Musa, Simon or even Success. However if the coach is going to play Onyekuru on that wing, considering the formation I would expect the coach makes the player understand there's a need for those crosses coming in.
As for Shehu's case, the less said the better.

Good players adapt and thrive.

If you are on the wing and you have aerial dominance with a 6'5" ➕ striker and you don't cross the ball, sorry that's unforgivable.

I hold the coach for that.

Ighalo with a goal.

U celebrating a goal scored in a league equivalent to league 2(English third division)? I put it to u, if Ighalo strikes for Nigeria at the AFCON, we wouldn't make it outta the group stage.

We will make it out of the group stage. 6 groups, top two automatically to round of 16, joined by best 4 third place teams. I am not an Ighalo fan, but let's see how it goes. This is African opposition.

Just as he has been top - striking in all the tournaments we have taken him to? grin

U basking on the euphoria of his recent goals returns of which four were penalties? Minus the penalties, how many goals did he score in an open play? It would be perilous having Ighalo as the striker, it has always been.

Well, I believe our wingers/wing forwards will once again, come to our rescue, otherwise we are doomed as I don't expect Ighalo to suddenly become prolific, neither would penalties be that easy to come by, for him to cheaply register his name of the score sheet as usual

In football anything can happen...but its good to take players who are good at least average...players who understands what the coach wants and PLAYERS WHO CAN DECIDE TO THROW AWAY THE COACHES FORMATION AND PLAY THEIR OWN GAME TO WIN A MATCH...ENYIMBA DID THAT IN 2006...THE DUTCH TRIED IT BUT SOME PLAYERS WERE LOYAL TO THIJS LIBREGTS...SO THEY ENDED UP SABOTAGING THE TEAM...

Earthquake2 hope you can see osimhen is not on Charleroi bench ? We all know he is a starter and has been their best player so far this season

When I talk say balogun was not on the bench due to arriving late from international duties, you where asking if he is the only one that went for international duties ?

Hope you can see also that osimhen will not play today and we all know he is a starter for Charleroi.

He missed chances doesnt meant he killed his career bro, make una try arrange the talk well abeg

Oduamadi wey score hat trick where him career come dey after that confedration cup?

Its good to have a coach who believe in you, none of our coaches believed in ujah, even keshi took ujah to the confedration cup just because emenike is injured, ujah was not part of our best striker, keshi has his choice of players

Ighalo has also miss several chances ,but rohr believes in him and he is now doing well

Higuain was among the players that cost argentina the 2014 world cup, but he still continued playing for them after that tournament

Higuain still missed some chances in the cop america, same higuain still ended up going to the 2018 world cup

He said he was considering four strikers for d AFCON. The most he will pick is 3 ..

Ighalo is the only one whose spot is 100% guaranteed... because Onuachu scored against Egypt doesn't mean he has gotten a ticket there. anything can still happen...

forget it...
baring any changes...this 3 strikers already sealed their spot
*Ighalo
*Oshimen
*Onuachu
* up for grab...any of Nancho/Success can still get this
