with the length you quoted and the plans that you posted the square metre should be more than this.

They are not adding up for me
Plastering shouldn't be more than 70 to 90 bags of cements
sand about 3 tipper double
The labor for the plastering sound great if if all the outside and inside was done for that price

Are u sure?
They are not adding up for me
Plastering shouldn't be more than 70 to 90 bags of cements
sand about 3 tipper double
The labor for the plastering sound great if if all the outside and inside was done for that price
for a four bedroom the cement should b less than 60 bags for plastering then extra for the parapet. Two trips of sand at 15k each should do the job. Workmanship 150k max

It is lintel, the concrete fascia(parapet) was replaced with the headcourse.

These woods(1x12) were sawed into 1x2 to be used for the setting out profiles. That was why you have 1200 Naira for the sawing of the 1x12 woods

The total cost of the foundation is N1,660,835
The cost will be less if the size of the building is smaller than this one.

Find the 3D of a five bedroom duplex.
Estimated cost of the carcass is about N13M and the roofing is stone coated sheet.
We can provide other designs for you if you don’t like the above one.

See this quote makes me feel like I just got ripped off. I sent 2.8 million naira to a family me for just aluminum roofing . It was a renovation and the plan was to use existing wood and just replace zinc with aluminum roofing. With few wood. Please what will it cost for ceiling boards for 2 flats of 3 bed room s and 1 flat of 2 bedrooms? For materials and installation?
