People drop out of school because of funds and later take GCE na.
and some like me didn't drop out... But passed GCE and jamb in SS2 no need for SS3 again, senior secondary school certification achieved, the Judge is a serious Dumbo... And I don't even like PDP.

The tribunal case is between PDP and APC.


Even though the Osun State election petition tribunal judgement will definitely be set aside; if it stands however, the person that came second from the PDP primary cannot be a beneficiary if the Abuja high court judgement stands. The implication of today’s judgement is that PDP had no valid candidate in the Osun State election and cannot be deemed to have participated. Consequently, Oyetola being the only valid contestant with the highest numbers of votes remain the elected governor of the state.

You need to read ur Electoral Act again. Seems you are still relying on Amaechi v. INEC.

Is Adelekes result fake because it is different from the one presented by the principal or is fake because WEAC could not verify it? How is Adeleke responsible for what the principal represents. Do you even know if he was bearing false witness?

GCE certificate is enough proof of secondary school education. Adeleke doesn’t posses either a GCE or May/June WAEC certificate.

It amazing how these court cases drag on. What's so difficult about this case? If he graduated he should present his diploma and transcripts. If he lost them somehow the school should have it on file. I dont know how these cases make it up multiple levels of court

where is Buharis transcript? just that Goodluck was a peaceful man. If he was serious all he needs is to go to court, cos the qualification needed was a certificate and not an Affidavit that Buhari submitted.

ABSTRUSE:
S. 177 CFRN 1999 (As Amended) is to the effect that a governorship candidate must have been educated up to secondary school level. If it was the intention of the drafters of the CFRN to make an actual WAEC result the criteria they would have stated it. Lemme burst your brain here, did you even know that a person with a first school leaving certificate can even become the President of the country if he fulfils the provision of the CFRN? He is educated up to secondary school level so I dnt know what the judge's talking about.
Secondly, the court should have even dismissed the case on the ground of locus standi. The petitioners before the court dnt have sufficient interest in the case to warrant a judgment.



For you to be educated up to a certain level, you must seat and pass the said level exam. Thats whay we use the word examination.
A student have to write and pass an exam, to ascertain he have been educated to a certain level. One have been educated up to university level does not include dropouts. Or are you saying, if I got expelled from school @ SS5 I can still contest for election seeing that I have been "educated up to secondary school level"? Lets not turn logic on its head just because certain situation is not going our way.
