Half of Ighalo's goals were penalties and the Libya games helped his ministry.

Shakhtar Donetsk as a club is better than every team Ighalo has played for.

Aghahowa was much better at his prime. Towards the end, he was finished.

He was on loan at Shaktar Donesk

Ighalo had several seasons at the top leagues including a 15 goal season run at Watford

How can you compare the two?
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Icon79(m): 8:21pm On Apr 03, 2019
Please do me a favor, do a player to player comparison of the two first teams. Keep these FACTS in mind:

The Uche Okechukwu of 1994 was better than the Okechukwu of 1998. The Peter Rufia of 1994 was better than the Rufia of '98. And the following key players in '98 were carrying varying injuries:
Emmanuel Amuneke
Daniel Amokachie
Kanu Nwankwo

That's almost half your first team right there!

edi287:

Like tbaba said - the defence of 94 is a bit overrated. Team of 94 lacked depth and the pool of talent to pick from wasn't as big as 98.
I think team of 98 had more creativity as well.

Racism is now acceptable because of people like Trump and co

Go to facebook people are no longer hiding their racist tendencies, I was on facebook and a racist topic came up and I was surprised at the number of people that supported racist ideologies

I fear for Black Americans if Trump wins 2020
"Non racist" Trump supporters are all blinded to this and keep pointing to "fake news".
Whether Trump is racist or not is besides the point - the fact that these guys are getting bold and people are not taking them serious because they want to "own the libs snowflakes" will be their undoing.

I used to be a Trump supporter but the guy promotes racism by his 'body language'

The racial divide in America is getting wider, the kkk are now coming out as 'Make America great again' chanters

We also had a better Sunday Oliseh.
A better Jay Jay Okocha
An upgrade in CB with Taribo West
An Upgrade at LB with Cele
Adepoju was still good
Finidi was still good
Oruma was a better bench option in MD
Not forgetting Ikepba as well.

I was indifferent towards the guy initially till he started going extreme to pander to the moronic KKK sect of his base.
I hope he's just doing all that nonsense to get a second term.

The guy has done enough damage in his first term, I hope he commits one blunder to make the parliament impeach him abeg

OK. I will agree with you on Oliseh, Okocha, and Cele. But I definitely won't take Taribo over Chidi Nwanu. Taribo was a solid defender but he didn't really perform that much for the Super Eagles. Same with Ikpeba, I will definitely take Rashidi Yekini of '94 over Victor Ikpeba of '98.
Ikpeba was one player who performed much better in Europe (Monaco) than he did for the Super Eagles.

I'm talking of Ikepba in addition to Yekini (regressed version admittedly) and Amokachi.
Don't know too much about Nwanu but I'm sure Taribo is rated higher. We're talking of Taribo at inter.
Let's not forget Tijani as well.

Go and tell Cr7 that many of his champions league goals are also penalties

It's easy to score in Ukraine league than to score in the Epl or laliga

Same aghahowa failed to scored 50 club career goals ?

Go and check brown ideye stats in Ukraine league in just 3 seasons then you will say aghahowa did nothing at shaktar

Put ighalo on Ukraine league ,dude will score goals for fun

As good as David Luiz is offensively I don't think he's better than Balogun defensively
