This CJN saga is simply a brewing silent war that will consume both the judiciary & executive.More secrets will be revealed as the noose tightens against Justice Onnoghen.Fingers crossed!

gabolak:
This is a clear case of finding a soft landing for the suspended cjn.

If the evidence before the njc is good enough to warrant compulsory retirement, then it should be good enough to ask for his prosecution.
Let him go and explain the source of the slush fund before a court of competent jurisdiction.

The panel is just trying to shield him from further disgrace on one side and the judiciary too on the other side from further embarrassment that comes with the whole saga.

Why was this not done with Kemi Adeosun and inconsequential minister Shittu
Why have they not been prosecuted for NYSC certficate forgery and skipping the service?
Is double standard and hypocrisy not corruption?
That is why we will all remain a shittyhole country of fantastically corrupt hypocrites!

Weak judges afraid of their own shadows.
They have probably been threatened with CCT trial
because most Nigerian public servants have issues with asset declaration.

With this kind of decision, Nigeria will never move forward... What happens to due process of the law?

His estacode is 10k USD per night. If he has 1M USD, that means he has slept abroad for 100 nights.

This means he has travelled for 3 months and 10 days.

Yes, it is about his going for you. For me, it is about doing damage to the system by the FG for fear that he may annul their corruption at the election, which to me is dumb.
