The sale of NNPC cannot be quicker than the commissioning of the Dangote refinery except of course it's true Atiku had already received upfront payment as suggested in certain quarters.

The Dangote refinery is what government (this one and the imaginary Atiku one) would wait for before putting an end to subsidy.
