u want to make his birthday romantic or you want to make the "yes" romantic? I suggest two days to his birthday, you ask him to guess what u bought for him on his birthday, allow him to make three guesses and tell him he failed all, with that you will know what he wants, if u av up to that amount just get him one of his guesses. Then in the evening just tell him yes, forget all these romantic bla bla, men are not as emotional as women.
But if u want the yes to be romantic, then u av to make him shy.
