please I tried installing bluestack android emulator on my system but it didn't install, instead it says that my graphics card driver is to old.

I just bought a computer from eBay, paid for the legit Office 365 license and signed in with my account and downloaded the software.
Unfortunately, it keeps asking me to sign in anytime I open a file, and the licensing status keeps showing as displayed here.
This is despite buying the legit form of the license.

If there is anyone in Ikeja (or remotely) who can help me solve this problem, I don't mind engaging with the person today to help.

Am using HP pavilion dv6 with an AMD motherboard, lately, it had a motherboard issue due to overheating and an engineer here in Abuja fixed it for me through reprogramming, he also increased the speed of the fan saying that it will help and minimize heating.

Now anytime I power on the system, I get this message about the speed of the fan but the engineer asked me to ignore it. There's also this sound from the fan. I just want to know the implications of increasing the speed of the fan. Secondly, please can you tell me how to maintain my laptop so as not to encounter another motherboard problem especially as I am using it for architectural works.

The Engr failed to remove a particular wire in the fan after increasing the speed.

The laptop fan is programme in such a way that if the processor get very hot, it will send a signal to sio tell it that it need to increase the speed cos the CPU is getting hot or reduce the speed.

Now it is set in a way that it runs on high speed whether it is getting hot or not, this particular wire will send the signal, when it is disconnected you won't get such message.

Like he said, you can ignore it, nothing will happen.

A lot of things could cause it.

Bad RAM, bad processor, corrupt bios, etc.
I'll advise you take it to a laptop technician for diagnosis.

Well I believe there was a reason why he increased the speed in the first place, that's because your laptop is using an AMD processor especially the old gen.

You can't compare our hot weather with oyinbo cold weather, if you don't use your laptop regularly or place it on your bed, sofa or anything that will block the vent, then you can control the speed with the software.

Even if you do find one, the link might not work at some point.

And even if some links do work, you may end up with a virus laden folder...after wasting precious time and over 4GB of data.

So, your best bet is to buy a version already burnt to disc or copied to a flash drive. Costs a token.

If you're in Lagos, computer village is way to go.
