I see facts in what you just said.
A high rank person said we should be thanking God that APC retained power cos most budgets for government establishments were used for election. If they had lost,most recruitment would have be canceled as there won’t be funds for new recruits but since they won, they will source for funds to continue what they have started. New government would have engaged in ‘Replacement’ for some time before massive recruitment.
We just need to be patient. The funds for recruitment might be unavailable now but they’ll surely source for it.

No party uses the money meant for recruitment process for election, it is a big liar. People discouraged Fire service applicants but today majority of them were picked presently awaiting camp, the NPS screening exercise is not even up to a month and some people are already pessimistic about the process. If you believe you will get it you will get it, God is the most powerful miraculous connector. Be strong in your faith.

Yes...dey giv politicians slots....but some sturborn DG of few agencies like NAFDAC...NCC..TETFUND and few other agencies don't honour politicians slots....

No implications bcozz diz DG's I mention were nominated by buhari himself...so nottin any house committee or Senate committee can do....eg...custom CG....he refuses all recommendation brought to his table by influential politicians...and nottin dey can do.
