I hope this won't be overpriced like the Lagos Homs project he did in Lagos... Projects that should be targeted at Civil servants first, they didn't do that. Instead they overcharged people when their own salary scale for a graduate is less than 60k per month. Even the process of getting the homes is like playing lotto, you can never tell if you'd be allocated a flat.

The cost of their flats is more expensive than buying your own plot and building on it at your own pace. Last last, they'll start sharing the homes among themselves when no one can afford it.
