Politics is investment, you invest your votes and reap infrastructure and appointment. Katsina State that gave Buhari 97% of its votes cannot get same appointment as Anambra State that gave Buhari only 3% votes. South-West that gave Buhari 65% of its votes is getting proportional infrastructure and appointment.
