I can tell you this for a fact.

If exam malpractice is the problem, you can have a female invigilator search her properly before she goes into the exam hall.

I think it's not all about exam malpractice, I think it has more to do with their bad perception you have of hijaab that you are parroting.

Some muslims may use the hijaab for cheating and all that, but that does not mean everyone who adorns it have evil intentions.

The hijaab is not restricted by time or event .
It is only not worn when a female is within the confines of her father's house or her husband house other than this, she MUST put it on whether she is a going to school or for an interview.
It does not matter if Halimah Buhari (the president daughter who was called to bar last year) puts it on or not.

Our religion is not based on some elitist Muslims who choose to do as they like.
