You can submit without it, but putting it there strengthens the claim of whatever CGPA you put in the application

Please house, is a confirmatory email being sent to us after the submission of the update? I didn't receive any after submitting, instead, I got a mail from ptdf reminding me to update my application.

You can put all the scanned awards in one pdf (just make sure it doesn't exceed 500kb) and the other pdf will be for publication (if any).
