Hated Joffery more. Guy was just plain sadistic and wicked. Difference was that Ramsay wasn't squeamish or cowardly. He walked the talk while Joffery made people do stuff for him (except in the case of Ros). Ramsay could stab a woman with a knife and peel an apple with the same knife without cleaning the bloodstains(RIP Osha).

He didn't need to marry the "foreign hore". He should have waited till after the war. Beheading Lord Kastark for some Lannister lads was even more foolish. Should have held the man captive at least till the end of the war. His mom releasing Jaime was the final blow.
